Background: The controversy of pediatric septoplasty exists. Septoplasty is an uncommon procedure in populations. Still, there a lack consensus about the age and extent this group. Moreover, delayed surgical correction septal deviation may adversely affect normal nasal facial growth. There recent trend toward major cartilage work patients with severe deviation.The aims study are to evaluate health-related quality life after assess early as well long-term outcomes surgery.Ethical Approval: Collegiate Committee for Medical Research Ethics approved approval code CCMRE-MED-22-1 on 17/01/2022. It aligns 1964 Helsinki Declaration its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.Patients methods: This case series was conducted 25 children (24 males one female) who underwent symptomatic deviation. assessment done three months 1-year post-operatively operation's effect overall patient satisfaction. follow-up utilizing NOSE VAS scales they were compared pre-operative ones. In most cases, delivered, remodelled, reinserted.Results: mean 8.5±3.8 years. 24 (96.31%) 1 (3.69%) females. current reveals significant differences postoperative scores ones at year P-values <0.001. Synechia, infection due crust formation, residual common complications study.Conclusion: improvement low complication rate justifies group indicated even if considerable needed.
